Jason Adams

PART OWNER/COACH
Jason started CrossFit in 2012 at the age of 30 . Coming from a background of athletics and rugby , immediately took to the sport for its challenging and diverse training method . Meeting amazing people along the way is always a pleasure too . It’s something I get to share with my teenage girls and my wife now , it’s part of our lifestyle and we love it . Helping people move better and watching them progress in skills and fitness is a great reward that comes with the privledge of coaching.

STEPHEN DUNKLEY

PART OWNER/ COACH
Steve began his Crossfit journey 12 years ago shortly after emigrating to Perth from the U.K. From the moment Steve walked into the box he knew that Crossfit was going to be a part of his life from fitness and social point of view.Having a background in soccer and cricket meant that a team-first approach and sense of community have always been important, this is something Steve values greatly. Now as a part-owner of the gym he is looking forward to passing on his knowledge and experience in helping others in their fitness journey.Steve has a wife and two young boys who share his passions and goals and love getting involved in the gym, whenever they can. Steve has competed in many local competitions in recent years. Most recently he has participated in the Master’s League, qualifying to compete in Melbourne to represent Western Australia.

LIAM JONES

PART OWNER/COACH
From an early age Liams always been into sports & fitness predominantly combat sports, up until the age of 16 when he first attended a CrossFit class, he knew he had found a new passion, still trying to juggle MMA & CrossFit between each other it was in 2018 he decided CrossFit was going to be his primary fitness.
